2015 Communities…Trenton, Louisbourg, Stellarton, Oxford and the Municipality of Barrington…
Participating at the National Level in 2015, were the following communities Antigonish, New Glasgow, Windsor, Yarmouth, and Pugwash.
Thank you to the many volunteers and committee members who continue to make this program great!
The 2014 CIB participants were Barrington, Louisbourg, Oxford and Trenton.
In 2013, the following communities proudly participated:
Elmsdale, Hantsport, Louisbourg, Oxford, Parrsboro, Pugwash, Stellarton, Trenton and Windsor.
It is through programs such as this, that civic pride is demonstrated. The attention to detail, the planning and the organization all come together in the summer months. The opportunity to finally showcase your communities to the judges in July and August is an exciting time. Through continued community involvement, you help Nova Scotia not only to stay in bloom, but to shine in our collective commitment to preserve our heritage, steward our natural environment and improve the connection to place for residents and visitors.
